1. What is Sport X Tipster?
Sport X Tipster is a sports predictions website. We are not a bookmarker nor we endorse any gambling. We’re only an informational website that provides news and predictions for various sports.
2. How do I purchase predictions?
You go to the Membership page, click on the service that you want to purchase and continue with the checkout steps.
3. What exactly is the “meaning” of the stake according to Sport X Tipster’s system of betting? Is it in units, EUR or something else?
The staking issue is tricky one as there are many different strategies being used by different tipsters. We cannot introduce unified rules that will suit everyone. So we are doing it as liberal as possible. Staking from 1 to 10 is the most widely accepted formula where 10/10 is the max bet. Currently there is no bankroll and no limit to the max exposure a tipster can have, but we recommend up to 10/10 max stake per event/match, where 10 units should mean up to 10% from your bankroll.
4. Why you place 1 unit on some games and 10 units on other games?
Because we consider that the outcome for a 10/10 prediction is a lot higher than a 1/10 prediction. It all depends on the information we have over that game (news, statistics, injuries etc.) and how much we think they will affect the outcome of the game.

6. Can I have more than one account with Sport X Tipster?
No, absolutely not! It’s stricly prohibited to create more than one account on our website. If you do that, you’re breaching our Terms of Service and your accounts could be deleted.
7. Can you inform me of the e-mail address/IP of another member (for whatever reasons)?
Unfortunately our Privacy Policy does not allow us to share member details with third parties.
8. I don’t want to continue with your service. Can you refund me?
We will be happy to refund you within 7 days from purchasing a service. According to our Terms of Service, you can only ask a refund if it didn’t pass more than 7 days since you purchased a service. Otherwise we’re sorry, but we cannot refund you.
9. When will I receive my refund?
According to our Terms of Service, you can get you refund in up to 21 business days, however most of the times we process it a lot faster.
10. Is your history really true?
Absolutely! Even if we weren’t verified by any third parties so far, all our history is 100% fair and transparent. Hundreds of paying members can testify that.
11. Are your predictions verified?
Yes, absolutely! All our tips started to be verified by 3rd parties starting with 1st of November 2019. You can check our Guarantee page to see where you can check our verified tips.
12. Do you offer any free trials?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer any free trials. However you have can buy a Week membership and if you don’t like our tips you can ask for a refund within 7 days from your purchase. We like to keep things easy and fair!
13. Where do you get your tips from?
We don’t have any ”sources” or providers. All our tips are analysed accordingly from the daily list of games. We pick our predictions solely based on statistics and news. We never copy any other tipsters, because we consider we’re good enough to offer better predictions.
14. Do you have any ”fixed games”?
First of all ”fixed games” are illegal! Secondly if somebody has this kind of information will never share it! Thirdly we don’t believe in anyone on the Internet having access to this kind of information and we don’t agree with it. ”Fixed games” may exist, but we’re totally against this kind of stuff and we urge you not to trust anyone who claims to have this kind of information, especially paying them!
15. How can I see the predictions I paid for?
Users who will register at first will become Level 1 (Free Level) and will only be able to see the Free Tips page. Once they purchase a service, they will be automatically upgraded to Level 2 (Pro Level) and can access both pages (Free Tips and Pro Tips).
16. What payment options are available on Sport X Tipster?
At this moment we support PayPal, Skrill, Neteller (via Skrill), Paysafecard (via Skrill), Visa/Mastercard/Union Pay (via Skrill and PayPal) and cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH, XRP, NEM, DOGE, USDT etc. (via Coin Payments).
17. How can I get a job from you?
Very easy? Just go to Jobs page, see what we’re looking for and if you qualify, you could be part of our team in no time!
18. Can I share your posts, predictions or resell them?
Absolutely not! By doing that you’ll be breaching our Terms of Service and your account could be deleted or even face legal issues. We play fair, we expect you to play fair too!
19. How many predictions per month should we expect to receive?
It depends on the availability of the games in that month. About 30-35 predictions is average, while we never go under 20 predictions per month and never above 50.
20. What is the deadline to receive a predictions?
All predictions are posted at least 2 hours before the game starts.
21. What’s the prediction posting time?
Most our tipsters have different timezones. Normally we post our prediction around 10-12 GMT hour, but never later than 2 hours before the first match begins.
22. Is my information safe?
Of course! We guard your information very carefully, because we respect it and we know how important it is. Please check our Privacy Policy to see how we use your information.
23. Is this website owned by a real company?
Yes it is! We know that most sports prediction websites are operated by shady individuals from various countries and we’re totally against that. We consider that only legit companies should provide this kind of services to clients. We are a company registered in Republic of Romania, European Union and we pay taxes and other duties as a normal company.
