PREVIEW: Panionios is currently on the last position in Greece which is something incredible for the oldest club in Greece. They were eliminated from the cup few days ago by Panetolikos after a 1-1 draw (after extra-time) in Athens, following a 0-0 draw away. OFI was also eliminated after from the cup after 7-1 aggregate lost against PAOK.
Nevertheless in the last 15 games, Panionios managed to win 6 games, 4 draws, and OFI won 4 times. Last win for OFI at Panionios was in 2014 a 1-2 in Greek Cup.
The current situation may seem really bad for Panionios (which is), but let’s not forget they managed to draw 1-1 against Olympiakos few weeks ago in Athens 1-1. I don’t see them as certain victims here, especially OFI is not the greatest team either and I see Panionios grabbing at least 1 point from this game. Medium stake. Good luck to followers!
