PREVIEW: Troyes was the unlucky team that didn’t promote last year. Even if they had one the best teams in the league, they lost in the play-off and secured another season in League 2.This season I don’t think they will repeat the mistake and their clear objective is to promote directly from the 1st position. In the 1st round, Troyes defeated Le Havre 2-0, while Sochaux beat Auxerre away 2-0. Troyes won in the last 4 out of 5 games away at Sochaux and I don’t see why they can’t win today too.
No important injuries for either team, therefore I expect a balanced game with an edge for Troyes.
